In the end, the Wright brothers felt that they were
ready to test their plane, but wanted to try it out in
the right place, and wrote a meteorological request

in the United States, and Kitty Hawk told them that
North Carolina is the ideal place to test because of
the strong winds in it, the mountainous terrain and
also sand dunes so that it does not A disaster occurs
if the plane crashes.

The brothers tested the larger glider they built, but
it was without an engine, and relied only on winds
to move it, and then they began adding a movable
tail, twin propellers and wires to guide the wings,
and a petrol engine.

Finally, on December 17, 1903 AD, the experiment of the

"first plane" began on the sands of Kitty Hawk, and the
weight of the plane was more than 600 pounds, and the
length of the wing was 40 feet. Indeed, for the first time in
history, a motorized plane succeeded from the ground for
twelve seconds and traveled for a distance of 120 feet.
Only, the Wright brothers continued to improve the
prototype of the plane and in doing so they changed the

form of transportation in the world forever.
After only 10 years after the experience of the Wright
brothers, the first official flight to transport passengers was
launched by the Russian Sikorsky Ilya Muromets
