This month’s featured condo is A-110. It is a second floor condo; many of our Guests are under the
impression that the higher up you are the better the view; however there is a lot to be said for being eye
level with palm trees. The second floor units provide a unique perspective where you are viewing the
Ocean through the crowns of palm trees.

You can hear and smell the ocean from the balcony. The table and chairs are the height of bar stools so
you can look over the railing with ease. Another great perk of this unit is that you can not only have a
gorgeous view of the Ocean but you can also see the pool from your balcony. This is especially great if
you are traveling with pre-teens or teens. They can walk down to the pool by themselves but you still
get to keep an eye on it while enjoying a little shade and an ice cold beverage on your balcony.
