INGRESS / EGRESS
Current access to the site is through two streets connected to Florence Road —
Honeybee Drive and Bumblebee Drive. An additional access point for newly annexed
land is via a relocation of Asbury Road through the area of Section 4 and Section 5 of
the proposed development. This relocated road will be connected to the existing
development by extending Butterfly Bend from Section 2 to Asbury Road. Refer to
Proposed Circulation Diagram on page 43.
A preliminary traffic analysis has been performed for new residential development.
