LANDSCAPING
Landscaping will be used to buffer new development from off-site zoning and from
different densities of development within the site. Refer to Landscaping / Buffers and
Screening Plan on page 45.
Existing fence rows and vegetation will be preserved and enhanced to screen and
buffer the site. Photographs of existing fence row vegetation to remain are included
on page 46.
Parking areas will be screened and have landscaped islands in compliance with
Section 27 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Tree planting will be provided along the relocated Asbury Road through the multi-
family housing area.
