‘The Garden of Eternal Cosmic Divine Presence’

The Acanthus Garden- Palatine, Rome.
This composition alludes to the eternal and universal presence of the Divine Consciousness
within all manifested emanation of the Divine Absolute which is namely; continually unfolding
creation.
This also relates to the words of Jesus spoken during the Sermon on the Mount, that is; the presence
and awareness of the Divine in all creation.
The Acanthus plant throughout history has come to symbolize immortality, rebirth, longevity and
healing. The Acanthus leaf motif has been used to represent the afterlife and immortality of the soul.
The garden within the ancient Palatine was the perfect setting for this narrative.
