TOP 10 THINGS WE’LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT

27 ORANGE STREET

1. Morning coffee on the 3 season sun porch looking
at perennial gardens, Japanese maple tree and
hosta garden.

2. The warm tones of the original moldings, built-ins,
and hardwood throughout the house gave it
character and personality.

3. The storage space in the walk-up attic, 2 car
garage, and the small office in the lower level.
4. The safety of the cul-de-sac and seeing the Orange
Street kids play outside.

5. Living within walking distance of excellent public
schools and having the option of excellent Catholic
schools nearby, including Fairfield University.
6. Our fantastic neighbors—they are wonderful and
gracious people. There was always someone in the
neighborhood who was home—I loved knowing
that I was not the only one home on the block!
7. The convenience of living near major access routes
to NYC and walking to the Fairfield Metro station.

8. Walking to DQ, French bakery, Starbucks… Post
Road is a great destinations for a lazy morning.
There are many shops very close: Mrs. Green’s, Stop
& Shop, the Pantry, Fairfield Cheese Company ...

9. Having an affordable Rec Center (Eunice Postal)
within walking distance.
10. Living close to South Pine Creek beach. This was a
favorite fall destination where we enjoyed quiet
dinners on the water.
