 Updated kitchen, granite, backsplash, deep
sink, new cabinets
 New stainless steel appliances
 Repainted dining room
 New Hot water heater
 Upstairs bathroom was gutted & totally
redone w/ nickel faucet and towel fixtures
from Pottery Barn. Before, the bathroom was
very dark (black and pink) with an enclosed
shower, but I think that having an enclosed
shower makes the room brighter and more
spacious. We liked having a claw foot tub +
shower.
