Q: What made you fall in love with this home ?

A: The quietness in the neighbourhood, always, like houses on lane, place, drive, court, way, etc, and close to
mainstreet like cross Highway or BayBerry Lane.
Walkable distance to High School
The Orientation that adapts the best Fengshui. facing the sun at most times of the day, bright and warm.
Everyday convenience: kids having ice cream in christie’s store, car repair a block away,
Big flat front yard, backyard and side yard
Close to Grocery stores, Stop and Shop, Fresh Market and Trader Joes
With fewer cars driving down James Lane, Kids can safely play within the neighborhood.

Q: Why are you moving?

A: Son had gone to the colleague and Crystal was too young to be diagnosed with glaucoma and we are trying

to do everything to keep her vision longer in her lifetime. The cold weather can make the glaucoma worse as
study found that glaucoma is worse in the cold weather, particularly for people who are in the early stages of
the disease. The colder the weather is, the greater the impact on glaucoma.

Q: Will you miss the neighbor/neighbors?

A: Yes. There is a very close and warm community on the Hill that will forever hold a special place in my heart

and my children. From taking scenic walks... To friends going together for bike rides… we always knew that we
would be surrounded by good company.
our new neighbour moved from CA, from our home, we can see their newly built treehouse, their family and
friends sitting next to their ice rink with bonfires chatting in warm parka in the winter.
Neighbourhood kids barefoot running or biking in front of our house,
The next door neighbour dog barked at ours to call for a play.
Taking a walk to the woody lane with neighbourhood friends together.
Staples High School runners, athletic young boys and girls always running in front of house
My parents take walks 3 times a day, even if they don’t speak english, neighbours see them, wave, smile , even
dance to them.
As there were so few cars going through our James Lane during the day, and neighbours were driving very
carefully just “as their own kids are at play” , so once we entered our lane after walking the dogs, we just freed
our dogs and watched and followed our dog to go home.
we will also miss our animal friends : Deers, Squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, frogs, chipmunks, etc.

Q: Tell me about the grounds... What makes your property so special?

A: The view of the woods behind the house is breathtaking in every season! It provides a beautiful backdrop to
every activity while we go about our daily life. completely greenery in the summer. and beautiful in fall.
Living in nature with wild animals like deers, turkey, various types of birds and Chipmunks.
Bundle of sunlights and trees which provides shades during the hot summer.
The house was evaluated by the Feng Shui Master at purchase, we bought it because it defes to various
principles.
