Top Ten

1. We absolutely will miss how bright and sunny our

house gets during the day. With the big windows open
during spring, summer and fall, it's almost like we're
outside.

2. Our back deck area is another feature we hope we

can find in our next home. We've been able to cook on
the grill, enjoy a bottle of wine on the outdoor
furniture and put on a movie while our fire pit table is
going. With the nice breeze coming off the ocean, it
really is the perfect night.

3. Having the oversized garage and a full basement, as
well as the eaves, we have a ton of storage. Both the
basement and the garage are very dry, so we've been
able to keep a lot of our extra stuff collected along the
way in either of those spots. The basement is always

so dry that we've been able to use it as a laundry
room, gym and extra hangout room.

4. In looking for a new house, we want to make sure it
has the same open concept floor plan between the
kitchen and family room. It's really nice when

entertaining to have the kitchen and the family room
connected so that if you're cooking or cleaning up,
you're still part of the action in the family room.

5. It will be extremely difficult to find a house with this

ideal location. We have the best of both worlds,
having a house on a really quiet street with walking
trails and beach so easily accessible. On the other
hand, we are within walking distance of the train
station, so many great restaurants (that also deliver!)
and can be on 95 in a few minutes.
