6. We will miss this neighborhood! It's so rare now to have
neighbors where you know all their names, their kids
names and even their pets names! The neighborhood
comes alive in summer and we've been invited to so many
barbecues and beach trips. We love throwing the tennis

ball for our neighbor's dog and have gotten in on some
kickball with the neighborhood kids.

7. We love our downstairs bathroom. The water pressure in
the shower is awesome and we spent a great deal of time

picking out all the fixtures, the tile and the overall design.
Having two full bathrooms is really helpful when you have
a lot of guests staying over.

8. Having that third bedroom on the first floor has been so
great. We are definitely only looking for homes that have

that feature. Our parents have a hard time with stairs, so
when they visit, it's perfect to have it available to them
along with the full bathroom on the first floor. That
bedroom is big enough to be both a bedroom and an
office, which is great for when we work from home.

9. Our yard is really nice, because there is a lot of room on
each side of the house and because it's so flat, very easy
to mow and maintain. We've played many games of corn
hole and can jam out on the lawn, as well as, laid out and
read a bunch of books.

10. Our upstairs closets are great. They hold so much and
considering how much we love to shop, they've been
able to hold our ever expanding wardrobes. The closet in
what we consider the master bedroom has two hanging

racks and a bunch of built in storage. We can easily see
our wardrobe and not have to rotate or put other
