▪ Builder to provide hot and cold water system and drainage for plumbing fixtures

▪ Builder to include bathroom tubs according to plans

▪ Front and rear (2) exterior spigot faucets included

▪ Plumbing fixtures: kitchen sink, all bathrooms with vanities, toilets, shower head and rain head in Master
bathroom shower.
