WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 1055 MINE HILL ROAD?
We knew as soon as we saw it that it was the one we wanted. We were in search of
more space and zeroed in on Greenfield Hill and everything that it offers. We love the
Cameron Clark design and it is a joy to know that it is both beautiful and also quality
construction. This location was ideal as we are still close to town but have privacy.
The grounds are extremely special and we love living so high on the hill. We used to
have views of Long Island Sound when the trees were younger!

TELL ME ABOUT BEING SET BACK FROM THE ROAD ...
We truly enjoy our privacy so we have liked being set back from the road. To us,
driving through the stone columns and into our haven gave us a feeling of peace
and warmth. There is nothing better than coming home to such a special place.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?
We feel that the time is right to downsize. Though we plan to stay local, we no
longer need all of this amazing space. Our children have grown up here and
we have SO MANY fabulous memories. We will miss this home and our perfect
location on Greenfield Hill. We hope to find a new home that suits our new
lifestyle as well as this one has suited our family over the years.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?
Yes. Though we have enjoyed tremendous privacy with our location, the neighbors
are just wonderful and it has been a true pleasure living here.
