1. We will miss our peaceful backyard yard and the endless summer days spent by the

pool surrounded by blooming perennial gardens.

2. Our finished walkout lower level has been such a wonderful bonus for family, and
friends. Guests enjoy the privacy of the full bath and bedroom on this level. The

soundproof office/workroom and recreational space has accommodated many needs
over the years.

3. Living in a small cul de sac neighborhood where children can safely ride bikes and

neighbors really know each other.

4. Our custom kitchen has been the heart of this home! We love to cook so the large
kitchen island with gas cooktop, double wall ovens, and plenty of storage were

essential components when we renovated the space.

5. Our dedicated coffee bar in the kitchen has been enjoyed daily and we love how it’s
neatly tucked behind the custom cabinetry.

6. We appreciate the lush rural surroundings and at the same time being in a location

that’s so convenient for shopping.

7. Easy access to local Easton farms to buy fresh produce year round.

8. We have loved being walking distance to the many open spaces where we can explore
the various trails.

9. Easton Blue Ribbon schools!

10. The small-town feel, knowing our neighbors and others in town. Meeting friends at the
