TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 28 HARBOR ROAD

1. Watching the changing views over Westport Harbor--sailboats,
rowing crews, water-skiers, weather systems, wading birds, gorgeous
sunrises and moonrises, beautiful sunset reflections on the water and
boats--there's always something beautiful and new happening on the water.

2. Cooking in our incredible, perfect kitchen that has every possible
convenience PLUS views of both the harbor and the salt marsh!

3. Getting coffee in bed delivered from the coffee bar!

4. Being able to see our boat at the yacht club from our bedroom window.

5. Watching the Westport fireworks over the water from the comfy lounge
chairs on our patio.

6. Entertaining with the sliding doors thrown open, so the party flows inside
and out, upstairs and down, with room for a crowd and the backdrop of the
ocean.

7. Playing with my dog on the beach, practicing water retrieving and letting
him try to swim after the ducks!

8. Sitting on the patio on a fall evening with the fireplace going, sipping a
warm mug of mulled cider and watching the moon come up.

9. Coming down the street and seeing our very tall, silver Christmas tree
sparkling from the 2-story windows.

10. Being less than 5 minutes from the train and I-95, but feeling like it's worlds away
from everything.!
