Why are you moving?
This home holds so many special memories for us. It’s where we started our family, watched our dog
play in the backyard, and built lasting friendships in a truly wonderful neighborhood. We’ve poured a
lot of love into this house, and it’s been everything we hoped for and more.
The decision to move wasn’t easy. We’ve built a life here that we cherish, and the sense of community
has been such a gift. Ultimately, we’re making a small move—just a few minutes away—because our
family is entering a new chapter. But leaving this home and neighborhood is bittersweet, and we’ll
always look back on our time here with so much gratitude.
We’re excited for the next owners to fall in love with it just like we did.

         Will you miss the neighbors?
Very much—without a doubt. When we first moved to the neighborhood, we were greeted with fresh
baked cookies and friendly waves. Even those we didn’t meet personally would say hi as we walked
our dog Apollo. The unique, small block area has a Facebook group to connect and share beautiful

sidewalk chalk drawings or ask if someone might have lost something. It is clear that everyone cares
about each other. It’s a neighborhood full of young families. We’ve shared block parties, impromptu
gatherings, and quiet moments that made this place feel like home in every sense of the word. Even
as we move away, we hope to come back yearly to be included in the block party, as previous
neighbors do. We feel so lucky to have been part of this community.

Did you ever consider putting in a pool?
Yes, we definitely considered it—there’s more than enough space in the backyard for a pool.

Ultimately, we decided against it while our children were still very young, prioritizing open play
space and safety. But the yard layout would easily accommodate a pool if the next owners choose to
add one, and it could be a fantastic addition to an already versatile outdoor space.

         Tell me about the grounds.
The outdoor space was one of the first things that drew us to this home. While the lot is a quarter
acre, it feels significantly larger thanks to the unique shape that maximizes the backyard. We’ve

hosted everything from casual family barbecues to full-on events with over 50 people, tents and even
a petting zoo! There’s plenty of room to spread out, and the yard has something for everyone. Our
kids have love the playset, playhouse, and sand pen. There’s a garden for growing veggies or flowers
in the warmer months. Our son loves to come out and pick fresh cherry tomatoes off the vine. The
patio just off the house has been great for grilling, outdoor meals, and simply enjoying the space.

Whether you’re entertaining guests or watching the kids play while you sip your coffee, the backyard
truly feels like an extension of the home.
