Top 10 Things we will miss about life at 40 Hillspoint Road

1. Sitting on our private terrace under the tree canopy, listening to the calming sounds of the

babbling brook.

2. Watching our kids ride their bikes up and down our long, private driveway, safe from any

traffic on Hillspoint Road.

3. Discovering a grazing deer just outside the sliding French doors, while enjoying my own

lunch at the kitchen table.

4. Decorating the kids’ birthday cakes on the expansive white marble kitchen island.

5. Watching the first snow of the season drift and cover the stone outcropping behind the

house from the master bedroom windows.

6. Roasting marshmallows for s'mores over our copper fire pit from the secluded terrace on a

balmy August evening.

7. Listening to each symphonic note of the baby grand piano bounce off of the coffered ceil-

ing...creating the sound of our own private concert hall.

8. Living on Hillspoint Road with easy access to Post Road just to the North, Compo Beach

minutes to the South, and all the conveniences of shopping, dining and recreation nearby.

9. Picnic lunches on the front lawn with the kids on a bright Spring day.

10. Having a blast sledding and tubing down the front lawn after the first snow storm.
