Q : What made you fall in love with the home?

A : 1. The minute we walked in we were taken with the elegant coffered ceilings and mold-
ings, paneled walls and great flow throughout. It was completely turn key...we could
move right in and enjoy it right away!

2. We love the fabulous location, so close to everything, but set back and secluded from
the busy street.
3. The great feng-shui that the hill at the back of the house creates. It’s always quiet,
calm and peaceful here.

4. The spacious basement where the kids can play and their toys and knick knacks can be
hidden from sight.
5. Having the generous finished attic space with an additional bedroom, full bath and
flexible space for a home gym, office or recreation room.

6. The ever running, soothing sounds of the creek beside the house
7. I loved the well appointed, large chef’s kitchen that is open to the family room. I’m a
pastry chef and the marble island is perfect for baking!
8. The 3 car garage has storage galore!

9. No baseboard heaters!
10. Natural gas, public sewer, public water - the trifecta...so hard to find in Westport!

Q: Why are you moving?

A: Downsizing. Although it’s amazing to have such a gorgeous house, we use less than 50% of

it. We want a slightly smaller house and property that better fits our family.

Q: Will you miss the neighbor/neighbors?

A: Great, quiet neighborhood, especially at night. We became good friends with the immedi-

ate neighbors on both sides and will miss them!
