TOP 11 THINGS
We will miss about 365 Toilsome Hill Road
1. Gorgeous, stone fortress of a home which has been a loving space to raise our
four children.
2. Enormous patio and outside fireplace which has brought us joy and been an
outside living room for years. We were often the locale for prom picture taking
events, outside movie nights and parties.
3. The gigantic yard! We have hosted many 20+ kids to play games of manhunt.
4. The leaves falling against the stone backdrop.
5. Sitting under the front porticofor morning coee with our dog, Harley.
6. My children often coming into the house after having been dropped o by a
friend's parent and hearing them say with pride "so and so's mom/dad said our
house is beautiful!"
7. Feeding trick or treaters through the front inswing windows or through the
Dutch door.
8. The close-knit neighborhood - Stratfield is a hidden gem!
9. This one is from our beloved lab - Harley Davidson - he loves how we can throw
him long balls with the lacrosse stick several times a day.
10. The enormous master suite - his and her walk-in closets, gas fireplace, balcony,
specialty arched window.
11. The patina on the hardwood floors, especially the floors in the family room.
