TOP THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT LIFE AT 35 LASKAY DRIVE
1. Nearly 4 acres of land at the end of a private country road bordered by woods, fields, and
stone cliffs offers a sense of security beyond comparison.
2. The privacy is fantastic! There’s no need for window treatments of any kind in any room at 35
Laskay Drive which allows us to enjoy the bountiful picturesque views during every season.
3. As a musician I am free to fully express myself without any concern of neighbors.
4. As a do it yourself-er, I loved maintaining my property, not only for the exercise and being
outdoors but for the wonderful sense of reward and accomplishment it provides.
5. Having such a spacious first floor ( 2nd master style) bedroom suite for guests who do not
appreciate stairs or prefer one level living.
6. As a non-conformist 35 Laskay drive is filled with uniqueness that is truly one of a kind. Just
like me!
7. The amazing yoga studio which we have used for many ways in the past… Guest suite, yoga
studio for my clients, fabulous pool house, venue for work events, band practice… The
options have been endless.
8. Abundant wildlife from water fowl to birds of prey, bobcats to coyotes, and of course the
visiting herds of white tail deer who also called 35 Laskay drive home.
9. Greeting all the friendly trees, boulders during my many walks along the properties trails
10. My music room/man cave/gym… Private and separate but just steps away.
11. Driving up my country road and through the pillars to my dogwood lined driveway after
long day, just feeling the stress melts away.
12. Entertaining every single season… whether it’s hiking in the woods, fires around the pit,
sitting watching the sunset over the amazing foliage, sleigh riding on our perfect hill, playing
volleyball in our field, pool parties, Easter egg hunts… Every single season is absolutely the
perfect time to celebrate.
13. Preparing for winter by cutting and splitting fallen trees to accommodate three wood stoves.
Using the dining room’s beautiful stone fireplace during the holidays was most anticipated
by one and all!
14. Sitting in my Adirondack chairs on the front porch watching the sunset over the trees ...
whether in solitude or shared it’s an amazing experience. Situated away from the noise of
close neighbors and civilization, a sense of peace permeates the entire property.
15. My screened sunporch... Mornings and evenings especially!
