GET TO KNOW THE NEIGHBORS ...
THORA
FORMER SOUTH PINE POINT RESIDENT
Living in Rowayton is one of the true pleasures in life. I lived on
Pine Point Road for many, many years. Not only is it a beautiful
beach and boating community but everything you need is within
walking distance of your home. Whether it's the beach, your
boat, tennis courts or great restaurants, it is all right there for
the taking. It felt like I had my very own beach club! I would jump
on my bike and take ride into Saugatuck and Saugatuck Island,
just a few miles away. I took many trips in my Kayak and explored
the coast from the protected waterways of Farm Creek. There is
always something to do to enjoy the Rowayton life. If you choose
to just relax, to unwind it's perfect for that too. You will relax in the
knowledge that you're still a part of something special, something
amazing.
KINGSLEY K.
OLD FIELD ROAD RESIDENT
My family and I have lived in Rowayton for 7 years. We moved
from the city right after my first daughter was born. We have
enjoyed raising our family in such a nice, tight knit community.
The town is so family oriented and everyone we have met is kind,
helpful and friendly. We love how quaint the town itself is, the
easy access to parks and beaches, as well as the proximity to
New York City. I feel lucky to live in such a special place!

ROWAYTON RESIDENT
Living in Rowayton has been such a dream! Out of all the things, I
would have to say my favorite thing about living in Rowayton is the
proximity to the water and the wonderful community. Whether you have a
large family or are by yourself, you could not feel more at home here. Being
able to walk to the amazing schools and the beach is awesome!
