Interview with the Homeowner

Q: What made you fall in love with this home?

A: As soon as I walked into this home, I knew I was in love. From the open floor plan

downstairs to the massive kitchen island. The toasty heated floors had me sold! I loved
that it had dual driveways and the extra garage that made the perfect storage shed with
electricity. I loved how close this home was to shopping and for me working in the city, I
loved how close it was to the train station. The huge deck and spacious yard when hosting
my family and friends in the summer was such a great feature. I am a lover of contemporary
architecture and design and this home has so many amazing features. The beautiful
custom built-ins, the tall garage ceilings, the luxury appliances in the kitchen and upper
level laundry room all fit my dream home list! The builder really optimized every inch for
great storage and he did not spare the expense on the quality of the finishes.

Q: Please describe the renovation process (If you renovated).

A: The house was basically brand new when I purchased it, the builder built this home for

himself and his family and did not expect to sell it, we were lucky enough to purchase
it and during my time here we added custom shelving above the stove, a new overhead
garage door system, professionally snaked kitchen sink to main line and added a brand
new AC compressor for the main floor.

Q: Why are you moving?

A: My jobs location has changed and I’m traveling a lot more, I ultimately would like to be
closer to work and airport. I absolutely love everything about this house and hope the new
owner will love it as much as I do.

Q: Will you miss the neighbors?

A: I truly love this location, it’s set back on a private street and it’s quiet. I will miss the very

friendly neighbors and convenient location to shopping!
