Q: Tell me about the grounds...
A: I will miss the perfectly manicured landscape. I will miss watching the beautiful change of
seasons from the many bright windows in the home. The stonewall is one of my favorite
things about the yard, it encloses the property so perfectly and gives me such a warm
feeling when I’m entertaining outdoors, or just sitting on the deck or looking out the
window. The trees provide the perfect amount of shade for those hot summer days too!
Q: What makes your property so special?
A: There is not just one item about this home that makes it special, I would say everything
about this home is special. Just the fact that it was custom built for the builder shows that
there is no other home like it which I admired when I bought it. The next lucky buyer will
get to own a one of a kind property in a great location.
Q: Did you ever consider putting in a pool?
A: Yes, I did consider putting in a pool, but because of my change in work location I did not
get to put one in when I lived there. There is plenty of room for one!
