Top Ten Things We Will Miss the Most at 35 Abbey Road
1. Whomever buys this remarkable home will get incredible value. We have enjoyed “over-
improving” a well-built home. It was such fun remodeling, redesigning, refinishing and
landscaping. We’ll miss all the improvements we put in.
2. The exceptional architectural moldings and open floor plan were a must have.
3. We’ve enjoyed the small neighborhood setting where we’ve gotten to know our neighbors
well. There’s always been a real sense of safety and looking out for each other in our
neighborhood.
4. We’ll miss the neighborhood parties and families getting together for swim parties, bar b
ques, or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants.
5. As many times as we’ve been to Silverman’s Farm to feed the animals, ride up to the
orchards, and buy fresh fruits and produce, I’ll so miss the joy of it all. The annual fair and
garden club plant and bake sale was always anticipated. Not to be forgotten chatting over a
cup of coffee and fresh scone at Greiser’s.
6. Working with one of the best contractors, we finished the approximately 3,000 square foot
basement with media/play room, fitness center, shop/work area, and multiple storage
rooms. Numerous improvements listed.
7. Wanting the security of upgraded mechanical systems, we removed the oil tank and burner,
installed
8. Unlike most people in Easton, we enjoy public water and underground utilities.
9. The upper Easton location puts us just minutes to shopping, restaurants, nail salons gyms
and medical providers. Being centrally located, we have easy access to 25, 95,84 and 15.
10. We’ll miss the 3-acre quiet place to relax outdoors. With the largest backyard in the
neighborhood, the outsized bluestone terrace with pergola is perfect for family and friend
entertaining.
