About life at 21 Hill Circle
1. The double Cul-de-Sac is wonderful. Extremely low traffic with only a few houses
past ours, we never had to deal with car noise or worry about going for a walk or run
on the street.
2. Getting to a major highway is so easy with access to the Merritt Parkway only 5
minutes from the house.
3. We never worried about the kids playing outside because of the cul-de-sac location
and the large grass area of the yard.
4. The Primary Bedroom suite is wonderful - so bright and airy with the large windows
and vaulted ceiling.
5. Having 3 garage bays makes storing cars so easy, and the added depth allows for
plenty of shelving or garden supplies.
6. The light & bright Eat-In-Kitchen is so convenient to both the Family Room and
Formal Dining Room. The windows bring in fantastic natural light and the views of
the back yard and woods are just beautiful.
7. We have spent many an evening on the covered rear deck - either enjoying our
morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening - rain or shine!
8. We loved being so close to the wonderful schools offered by the town (highly rated)
and also multiple Private School options as well.
9. Shopping is so conveniently located, from grocery stores to coffee shops and
convenient stores, all within a few miles away.
10. Trumbull has so many great restaurants - you will never run out of a fun place for
the entire family to enjoy.
