What made you choose this house when you were looking to purchase?

Having a great neighborhood for the kids to play in was very important to us. Safety was a

priority, and not worrying when the kids were playing outside. They are now adults, and
loved growing up in this area, and especially the neighborhood.

What kind of renovations have you done over the years?

We did a major addition of the 3rd bay garage and the expansion of the Primary suite on
the upper level - both turned out to be great added features that we really enjoyed having.
We also added Central Air to the house so that it would be more comfortable during the

summer months.

Tell me about the grounds and neighbors?

Being on the corner was so convenient, and the yard being accessible for the kids from
multiple sides. The parcel is flat (a rarity for many properties), and the front lawn is so
open and welcoming, while the back yard has lush woods and many trees for privacy.
Everyone is friendly and caring - and we all keep a watchful eye for each other. There are

many families with young children.

Why are you moving?

It is at the point where this house is just to large for us to manage, so it is time to
downsize and move on to our next chapter.
