TOP TEN Things we’ll miss about life at 63 Bear Mountain Road

1. Enjoying morning coffee on the back patio

listening to the birds chirping and seeing

occasional wildlife through the yard.

2. The long and wide driveway where it was easy

to store my boat.

3. Having some great BBQ's with friends and family.

4. Sitting on the patio after dinner with a stein of
beer or sometimes dessert.

5. Being situated between Danbury and New

Fairfield, it is excellent for shopping in either

direction!

6. The view from the Kitchen to the back yard and

how easy it was to grill outside.

7. Having a large Living Room is nice to read or
relax in front of the fireplace on a cold winter's

night. Also for having a lot of guests over on

holidays.

8. Living close to golf courses ...was always able to
get a tee time.

9. The two car garage was great for parking lawn

equipment for easy access when I needed to

mow or trim.

10. The Sun Room...it always felt wonderful to be
in that space sp aligned with nature.
