5. The Screened-In Porch. From spring through fall, this is truly my favorite room in the house. Whether
I’m enjoying a meal, reading a book, playing games, or just watching the rain fall, the screened-in porch
lets us enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. It’s where we spend so many evenings with family and friends,
feeling connected to nature, no matter what the weather is doing outside.

         6. The Family Room. Five years ago, we gave the family room a modern update with a stunning wood
feature wall. The result is a perfect balance of cozy and spacious, ideal for a quiet evening in front of the fire
or a lively gathering with friends. The high ceilings and large picture windows bring the outside in, with
views of the lake and our gorgeous backyard. It's a space that’s perfect for both relaxation and entertaining,
and every time we walk in, it feels like home.

         7. The Dining Room. The picture window in the dining room, overlooking the lake, is my favorite spot in
the house. It’s where I’ve spent countless hours working, watching the world go by. The dining room itself
is spacious enough to host large gatherings, and we’ve made so many cherished memories around the table
—Thanksgivings with 22 guests, holidays, and special celebrations. It’s a room that’s seen so much joy, and
its light-filled view is something I’ll always treasure.

         8. The Mudroom. For anyone with kids (or just a lot of gear!), this is an absolute dream. The mudroom is
conveniently located right off the garage, offering a spacious landing area for all our bags, shoes, and
jackets. It’s organized with oversized cubbies and hooks, so each family member has their own space to
store their things. It keeps the rest of the house tidy and free of clutter—one of those small but incredibly
valuable features that makes life easier.

         9. Master Bath: A Private Spa. The master bath feels like a personal retreat. The heated floors are a game
changer, especially in the winter, and there's nothing like stepping out of the shower onto warmth and
comfort. With two shower heads, a whirlpool tub, and calming marble tiles, it's a sanctuary where you can
relax and unwind. The generous counter space and extra storage make it feel luxurious, yet cozy—our little
         slice of paradise.

         10. The Cul-De-Sac: Privacy & Peace. The privacy that comes with being located on a cul-de-sac is
something we’ve come to cherish. No through traffic, just peace and quiet. The sense of security and
tranquility here is unmatched, and it’s the perfect environment to create memories with loved ones. The
serenity of this location is something that will always stay with us.
