day on a bright, positive note! Likewise, the light-filled foyer, family room &
living rooms doused with the afternoon rays & setting sun.

2. The heart of the home – the kitchen and family room. Whether celebrating
with a large gathering of family and friends, enjoying the soothing warmth of the
fireplace, or making pancakes on the griddle, this is our favorite part of the house.

3. The peaceful, friendly neighborhood, where we've logged many miles walking,
biking and jogging.

4. Harvesting the bounty of our organic garden. Replicating it will be one of the first
projects in our new home!

5. The big, beautiful yard that has hosted cookouts, laser tag games, sprinkler
parties, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball and croquet. Vibrant colors in spring, lush greens
in summer, brilliant in fall, and beautiful with a blanket of snow in winter!

place for EVERYTHING!

7. Quick access to the shops of both Fairfield and Westport, plus the central
location between the Merritt Parkway and Interstate 95.

8. Greenfield Hill Market with its many tasty treats – a frequent stop for breakfast
sandwiches, ice cream or dinner take-out.

9. The neighborhood traditions of Halloween – glow necklaces, party wagons
decorated with lights, kids and adults of all ages – sharing a night of fun.

10. Seeing the house at night during Christmas with candle lights in all the windows.
