WHAT IS CT-LIFESTYLES?

We created CT-Lifestyles to help families in every way…not just the purchase or sale of a home. Many
buyers and sellers have needs that the real estate industry does not contemplate. We help buyers
consider fixer uppers and advise them on how they can save money by creating exactly what they
want without the high cost of a new construction premium and profit center for a builder. They
can be as involved…or not involved…as they like. In addition, we offer interior design services and
because we own a retail design center, we are able to offer furniture at a fraction of the price to our
clients.

In addition, we consult with sellers and advise on how prepare their homes to capture the highest
price …far beyond what most respected realtors should offer in the way of staging. Whether slight
or major renovations, we prioritize a list and then either do the work before the sale or educate the
buyers on what they can do with or without our assistance. This helps the buyer visualize their dream
home that we can help them create within their budget. We of course offer traditional staging with
our own inventory or the use of the seller’s furnishings to enhance the properties we market.
