INTERVIEW WITH THE OWNERS OF 10 SLEEPY HOLLOW ROAD
Q: What made you choose this project?
A: We just absolutely LOVED the location and the bones of the house were absolutely perfect for a
renovation. This neighborhood is just amazing and I invite the potential buyers to meet the wonderful
people who live here…both young families with children playing in the streets and more mature
owners who we love to see walking dogs or taking an evening stroll. It is hard to find a property in such
a coveted community that offers this much land with plenty of room for a pool, a 2 car garage, really
picturesque views and a solid foundation. It was a no brainer the minute we walked in that we could
create magic here.
Q: Tell us about the process:
A: We originally were just planning to do a slight renovation but as we progressed, we saw that the space
could really be used to create something special. By creating a larger home, we were able to include
all the upscale features that a home of this caliber deserves. Blown insulation, higher end windows
and design features, expansive vaulted ceilings and customized built-ins.
