1.Being able to walk out the back door and go
out for a boat ride
2. Fishing off the dock and teaching the girls
how to bait a hook
3. Being in the kitchen and watching the boats,
kayaks and paddle boarders float by in the
sunshine
4. Taking the dingy over to the private dock and
going to the beach for a barbecue with the
neighbors. It is wonderful having direct beach
rights
6. Enjoying beautiful sunsets over the marsh as
we play in our amazing field
7. Going for a walk in the birch lined trails to
south pine creek beach
7. Walking to the golf course and tennis bubble
or to watch a sports game
8. The lovely quiet street and neighborhood
9. Watching the waves on the sound from our
bedroom
10. Our floating guest house for guests who want
a special treat
