Top Twelve Things we’ll miss about life at 40 Robin Lane
1. Taking our morning walks with our dog, Bailey, around our lovely neighborhood lined with sidewalks.
2. The big tree in the backyard that shades the house from the hot sun.
3. We will especially miss sitting outside on the our beautiful front porch drinking our tea and coffee.
4. The tranquility and individual space that our home provides both the kids and us, we love being able
to escape to our master suite level and all four kids have their individual space.
5. Grilling on the back deck in the summer time and overlooking our large and semi-secluded yard.
6. The beautiful flowers of our gardens, the lovely trees and our little vegetable garden.
7. We will miss the unlimited amount of hot water the tankless hot water system provided our big
family.
8. We are definitely going to miss the amount of storage space we have in our home, it will take a lot of
downsizing because we have grown accustom to having so many closets and additional storage.
9. We will miss the openness of the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen and having so
many kitchen cabinets
10. We will miss the family friendly neighborhood where our children grew up.
11. We will miss being so close to great beaches and local restaurants.
12. How easy it is to jump on a train to travel to NYC to connect with family, clients and or a catch a show.
