1. Great location! close to Branchville Metro North train, Branchville
elementary and East Ridge Middle school. And, a 5 minute drive to town.

2. It's such a wonderful neighborhood. We love the quiet street and private outdoor
living space, especially with the fenced-in yard for our pets.

3. A perfect family home, definitely spacious but also has cozy spaces to curl up and read
a book!

4. The large kitchen is ideal for entertaining or having family and friends lend a hand while
making a meal. A great place to gather.

5. The private office is perfectly situated so I can work from home but right off the
kitchen so I don’t feel away from it all.

6. Enjoying the view from the big picture window in the kitchen to our favorite tree -
the house was built around the tree by the pool!

7. Having the Laundry Room on the 2nd floor. That was really important to us and
made it so easy with the kids.

8. The Bonus Room served as an awesome playroom. Our kids could hang out and
play/stay in a safe environment where we could easily monitor.

9. The 10’ ceilings on main floor as well as 9’ ceilings upstairs give a more spacious feel to
the home. Beautifully dramatic.

10. The peacefulness of sitting by the pool in the summer, or the patio fireplace in the fall
reading the morning paper. The outdoor living is fantastic!
