Top 10 Things you will love about 157 Fern Street

1. Location! We will greatly miss the ability to walk to the beach, being able to let the dog
run on the beach in the off season. Also we will miss living in a neighborhood where
we weren’t the only ones walking the dog and could always expect a friendly wave or
conversation!

2. Design of the home! Fern allowed us to have flexibly with our family and the changes
we endured during our time living here. We really will miss being able to have all that
we wanted in a home, the open floor plan and the guest suite for when we had family
staying with us.

3. The Pool! We had such great memories in the pool during the summer months and be-
yond which is due to the heater! We were able to watch our kids have endless smiles
on their faces all while being able to enjoy and relax ourselves under the newly built
pergola! We loved to take a nice morning swim and start our day off on the right foot!

4. The school across the street really became an extension of our own yard. We were able
to teach our kids to ride their bikes there and it’s something we will never forget! Our
kids loved to play on the playground every opportunity they got and we really loved
that it was so close we could walk just across the street and be there! Never once did
we feel any burdens from being so close to the school.

5. Lake Mohegan is so close by and we really made some great memories there! We
would pack up the family and drive only a few minutes to enjoy trails and nature! We
were even able to bring the dog who is an important part of our family!

6. Being so close to both Southport and Westport gave us plenty of options for great
shopping and restaurants! The ambiance and food made us feel like we were on vaca-
tion but only 10 minutes down the street!

7. The functionality of Fern St really is something we will miss and look for in our next
home! The amazing closet space really allows you to be organized even when you may
not be. The built-ins makes for great decor placement and also functional at the same
time!

8. The third floor flex space really made it possible for us to adjust when we all had to be
working and learning from home! We not only had our main level office space but an-
other space for myself or our kids to do their work and still felt private! We also had the
space to make ourselves an area to work out which we needed during this time!

9. Having an oversized elegant master bathroom has been great for us and something
we will miss! The shower in the master bath is beyond amazing! The guest suite with
it’s own full bath allowed our guests to really feel like they could make themselves at
home!

10. We will truly miss 157 Fern St and what memories it has created for us! We were able to
have family over and never feel like we were invading each others space! Both indoors
and outdoors and that we will miss! This home has really felt like home for us and we
are greatful to be able to give that to the next owners and find that in our next home as
well!
