Interview with the Homeowner

Q: What made you fall in love with this home?

A: Location! The location of this home can’t be beat! We are within walking distance to the

beach, downtown Fairfield, the train and the YMCA! The neighborhood had a warm and
welcoming feeling that we knew we couldn’t pass up. The spacious layout of the home and
yard was something we were really looking for in our home and found it here at 157 Fern St.

Q: Why are you moving?

A: We are moving to be closer to family. We will miss our home and the beach but really feel

it’s important to be close to family during this time in our lives.

Q: Will you miss the neighbors?

A: We will miss the warm and friendly welcoming conversations that we were able to have

while we were walking the dog around the neighborhood! There wasn’t ever a time that
we felt as though we weren’t welcome in the community, and that we will miss! Being so
close to the YMCA we made some great friends that we will miss seeing as well!

Q: Tell me about the grounds.

A: We really enjoyed and will miss the back yard! It gave our family a platform to really enjoy
each other and the summer months playing in the pool and playing in the yard! We were
able to entertain family and made great memories!

Q: What makes your property so special?

A: The location again of this home makes it so special in our eyes! In addition the unique-
ly design of this home really makes it stand out! The ability to be able to use spaces for
multi-purposes allows flexibly as your family grows! Having a private back yard equipped
with an inviting in-ground heated pool really made us feel like we were on vacation in our
own back yard! We were able to host pool parties and events with family and friends.
