Top 10 Things we will miss about life at 47 Colonial Drive

1. Morning walks down to the beach and watch the sunrise.

2. One of our favorite things to do is to bring dinner to the beach while the kids played

in the water and we watched the sunset.

3. Walking our kids to Sherman elementary while they were young and then allowing
them to walk or ride bikes with friends as they got older.

4. We will miss seeing our neighbors who always would stop and say hello, the block
parties and having all of our friends over for 4th of July to walk down the street to the

beach to see the fireworks.

5. We enjoyed watching our neighborhood grow with newer homes or people staying in

the area and renovating.

6. Holidays were always a special time in our house. Having different living areas, made

it great hosting our large family- the kids always ended up on the third floor- having
their own space made them feel special.

7. Stock up on a lot of candy for Halloween because this is the neighborhood that
everyone loves to go trick or treating in.

8. So many pool parties have been enjoyed at our home. As our kids got older, they

enjoyed their time in the pool with friends and having the pool house to hang out in.

9. Having coffee in the backyard listening to the jet skis and boats at the beach, felt like

being on vacation in my own yard.

10. Walking downtown for dinner and drinks or to the Sherman Green for summer

concerts.
