Interview with the Homeowner
Q: What made you fall in love with this home?
A: We loved the stone exterior, the architectural detail and proximity to the beach. Once we
decided on this home, we fell in love with the neighborhood and having our kids have
the ability to ride bikes outside on our quiet street. The pool was the icing on the cake
when we saw the backyard- everyone was sold!
Q: What do you like the best about the neighborhood?
A: The privacy in the back yard is spectacular year round, but even more special having a
neighborhood right out our front door. The millwork and all of the custom built-ins was
something that we were drawn too. We will miss the block parties, walking to the beach to
see the 4th of July fireworks and walking our kids to school.
