On the main floor, we designed one open, inviting space for everyday meals and

big family gatherings. We included a mudroom because we know the chaos of
cleats, lacrosse sticks, and snow boots. And we pre-wired the garage for an EV
charger—because that’s the future, and Fairfield’s already there.

But the soul of this home isn’t just in its features—it’s in the life we imagined for the
family that would live here next.

We see kids playing in the yard, sports gear scattered in the grass. We see a

future pool or fire pit where laughter fills warm summer nights. We see children
thriving in Fairfield’s public schools—schools I’ve proudly served in for 20 years.

I’ve watched families come from across the country and around the world and
find their place here. I’ve seen kids walk home from Fairfield Woods, stopping at
“On the Run” for a giant soda or candy, or grabbing a pink drink from Starbucks
with friends. Later, when in high school, they’re heading downtown along
Unquowa Road, grabbing a Playa Bowl or 16 Handles, then off to the beach to watch

         the sunset.

This house is more than walls and windows. It’s a story waiting to be written. We

just had the honor of writing the first chapter.
