THE HOMEOWNER
Q: Why are you moving?
A: As I am beginning my retirement, we decided to move to another state to be closer to our
immediate relatives.
Q: What made you fall in love with this home?
A: We immediately fell in love with the location of the property. Julie and I have lived in NYC in the
past and we loved to be able to walk to all kinds of shopping. The location of this house affords
us the same opportunity as there is abundant shopping within walking distance. This combined
with a great floor plan, a garage with a sizeable driveway, a fabulous backyard, and being part of
a great school district made our decision to purchase this house an easy one for us.
Q: What makes your property so special?
A: The privacy, and many uses for the backyard and the fact that it is on a cul-de-sac makes
the property truly special.
Q: Tell me about the grounds.
A: Our front yard has a sizeable driveway and plenty of street parking for guests when we
entertain our large extended families. The fenced-in back yard is also large and I have spent
many hours playing fetch with my miniature Schnauzer and throwing a ball or frisbee with
my children. There is more than enough room to have a garden which my children ended up
taking great advantage of. Each year they would come back from their college breaks and
plant a garden for the year.
Q: Will you miss the neighbors?
A: We will indeed miss our neighbors. In the four years we have been here we have established
wonderful relationships with our neighbors. All our neighbors are caring, responsible, and
incredibly interesting people.
