TOP THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT

                                                                 2 BAYBERRY LANE

                                         1. We thoroughly enjoy the openness of the Great Room and Dining Area with
the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. It's an amazing room to for day to day living
as well as entertaining extended family and friends. It's so spacious, yet cozy and
                                     comfortable

                                   2. The history behind the post and beam structure of the home makes for great
conversation. The fact that it was built in 1835 and started as a barn with chicken coupes
and a hayloft always gets people imagining what it was like here almost 185 years ago...

                                 3. The Family Room renovation was fun to do and transformed that area to a very useful
space. With the custom barn doors and windows, specialty lighting and entertainment
center, it's great to watch the morning news or have fun with a game of cards.

                                  4. The front entrance to the house has some unique elements. The overhang is from an
old NYC hotel complete with patina trim, and the front door with lion's head doorknocker
has been re-purposed from Princeton University!

                                   5. There are English Gardens throughout the property - on the upper patio by the
fountain and along the pergola by the pool. We love to tinker outside and nurture these
beautiful areas of greenery and colorful blooms.

                                    6. The pool house was the perfect addition to the grounds as it made entertaining by
the pool so easy and enjoyable. The kids loved being out there with their friends, and
we loved spending many summer days under the pergola and having the pool house
                                     and amenities right there.

                                     7. We love the radiant floor heat throughout the kitchen, master bath and front all. It's
so nice when your spending a day baking in the kitchen or getting out of the shower.
                                     Such a treat...

                                    8. The master bathroom is a great place to relax and unwind. Having such a large space,
complete with an over-sized shower and soaking tub is wonderful. Sonos speakers and
french door to a private balcony is wonderful to enjoy when you're getting ready to start
                                  your day.

                                9. The finished lower level is perfect for watching a movie, hosting game night or having an
impromptu gathering. It's far enough away to not worry about being noisy, yet easy access to
the kitchen and main living area. We have gotten so much use from this renovation.

                        10. Being so close to town has been fantastic. Minutes to get to shopping, our favorite coffee shop or
doing errands has been so convenient. The train and Compo beach are about 3 miles away, so getting

                  there only takes 5-7 minutes.
