AN INTERVIEW WITH THE HOMEOWNERS

WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 32 MIDDLEBROOK DRIVE?

Our spacious and bright open floor plan in our main living areas

is why we fell in love with our home. We enjoyed cooking dinner as
a family around our large island in our Kitchen and playing games
with our two boys in the evening in our Great Room. Entertaining with
our family and friends during holidays, and other occasions worked out
exceptionally well.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We are moving to another state for work and to be closer to our family. We
are very sad to leave our home so soon. This was our first home as a family

and we loved everything about it both inside and out.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?

Yes! We live on a very quiet street and we have very friendly and
caring neighbors. Within weeks of moving in, we met many of the
families who had children of similar age. We always look forward to
neighborhood wide Easter egg hunts, Halloween parties with trick

or treating, and Santa Clause arriving in a Fairfield Fire Department
truck in December.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...

Growing up I always wanted to own a fruit tree and was excited that the
backyard has a beautiful apple tree. Almost everyday our sons play in
the back yard for hours. My son decided to plant a small garden in the
backyard and we were surprised by how much delicious produce we

were able to grow. We have lots of trees in the backyard that provides
great shade on the hot summer days. While living in our home we
bought a sprinkler system, which saved us a lot of time not having to
manually move the sprinklers around.
