while watching our two boys play happily in our vast great room.

2. Our bright spacious open floor plan that was perfect for our

growing family.

3. We loved entertaining during the holidays and birthday parties
here as the space allowed us to have large groups of family and

friends without it feeling overwhelming.

4. The variety of playground options nearby Sand Castle, Marina

Pirate Ship and Jennings Beach.

5. It is a convenient distance to the center of town and train station,

only an hour commute by train to New York City.

6. Our black out curtains in our Master Suite, every extra minute of

sleep prior to our boys waking us up is precious.

7. Lovely neighbors and all the holiday festivities our

neighborhood has on our quiet safe street every year.

8. All of the amazing restaurants in Fairfield which is great for our
date nights.

9. Our third floor guest suite was perfect for our guests. It also is a
great place to retreat if I had work to get done.

10. I will miss retreating to my relaxing spa like Master Bedroom and

splendid soaking tub.
