Q: Why are you moving?

A: We have put so much love and time into updating our home it will be very hard to leave, but the kids
are grown and we just do not need this much space anymore. We are ready to pass the baton onto the
next buyer who will love this location, the property and the home as much as we have.

Q: Did you ever consider putting in a pool?

A: Yes, we even had a pool company put together a plan for us. But we are members of the Hunt club
which beyond being a fabulous equestrian facility, it offers a pool, tennis pickle ball, camps and so
much more. It just did not make sense to put the pool in but there is certainly room for one.

Q: Is it a friendly neighborhood?

A: Absolutely. The neighbors are all fabulous! Our direct neighbors to our left rarely if ever use their court
but they allowed us to use it whenever we liked. Everyone watches out for eachother but it also is very
private and no one interferes. A great mix of people and not a bad apple on the street!

Q: Tell us about the renovation process?

A: The house renovations were a comprehensive transformation that revitalized both the aesthetics and
functionality of the home. The various projects encompassed the installation of brand-new bathrooms,
featuring modern fixtures and elegant designs that added a touch of luxury to the living spaces. The
replacement of old flooring with hard wood not only enhanced the overall look but also contributed
to a more comfortable and durable environment. Additionally, the upgrade to new windows not
only improved energy efficiency but also allowed for increased natural light, creating a brighter and
more inviting atmosphere throughout the house. The furnace, AC condenser, water heater, electrical
distribution panel and oil tank have also been replaced. These renovations collectively elevated the
home's appeal, blending style with practicality for a truly refreshed living experience.

Q: If you have anything you want to add here to point things out that would be great!

A: We were drawn to this home by a combination of factors that perfectly aligned with our aspirations
and lifestyle at the time. The charming neighborhood, with its tree-lined streets and welcoming
community, immediately felt like the ideal setting for creating lasting memories. The house itself
captivated us with its timeless architecture, spacious layout, and thoughtful design elements. The
abundance of natural light streaming through large windows and the flat, square acre of land it
sits in the middle of provided a sense of serenity. Additionally, the proximity to essential amenities,
reputable schools, beach and recreational spaces further convinced us that this was the perfect
place to call home. Overall, it was the harmonious blend of location, architectural appeal, and
practical considerations that ultimately led us to make this significant investment.
