“ We moved into our home on Mistywood Lane five years ago and

have enjoyed having such great neighbors on the street. Everyone's

very friendly and they plan lots of activities for the children. Our children

love having other children right in our own neighborhood to play with. Burr

Elementary School is just a short bus ride away!”

“ Our family has lived on the Lane for 13 years and I must say I love my neighbors

and the sense of community we have on Mistywood. We organize a lot of get

togethers: Halloween Trick or Trunk, Holiday themed gatherings, sledding, BBQs

and pool parties, to name a few. Living on a cul de sac street like Mistywood means

there’s not thru traffic on our street. Our children can ride their bikes on the street

and cul de sac without fear. Also, there are plenty of other children to play with on

any given day! One of the great advantages of living in Greenfield Hill and in our

neighborhood are the large lots and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy!”

“Mistywood Lane has been our home for almost 16 years and we wouldn’t want

to live anywhere else in Fairfield! We are a very inclusive neighborhood and

enjoy planning AND attending our neighborhood gatherings. The bus stop at the

top of the street is buzzing with kids and parents each morning and afternoon. I

really like that there’s such a wonderful sense of community on Mistywood Lane!

There have been many times that a neighbor has saved me a run to the grocery

store or has been available to add another kid to the carpool. While we all live on

2+/- acre lots we never feel like we are secluded. The kids especially the boys love to

roam the wooded areas in our immediate neighborhood...something we are fortunate

to have in Greenfield Hill!”
