THE HOMEOWNER
Q: What made you fall in love with this home?
A: We fell in love with this home for many reasons. First, we loved the location! It was close
enough to town to be convenient for shopping, dining and and getting together with friends,
but far enough to be a retreat. A special place that is surrounded by beautiful trees which cre -
ates a picturesque landscape that never gets old.
The cul-de-sac offers a sense of safety and community, the neighborhood is filled with friendly
faces and a sense of belonging.
Once inside the house, the glorious sunlight creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere that
embraces you. We believe this home has it all!
Q: Why are you moving?
A: We had a unique opportunity to move back to Germany where my wife is from. Moving to Ger -
many allows her to be near the support of her friends and family while I am working around
the world (I am a pilot). It is a chance to create a more balanced lifestyle for our family. Even
though we are excited about this opportunity, we want to emphasize that we would stay in a
heartbeat if circumstances were different.
Q: Will you miss the neighbors?
A: We will absolutely miss the neighbors! Over the years, they have become some of our best
friends. We've shared many special moments with them. From spending Holidays together,
to looking out for each other during bad weather. We've helped each other with our dogs
and some of our fondest memories are us having drinks by the fire pit, sharing stories and
laughing until our stomachs hurt. The bond we have formed with our neighbors is truly
special and it is going to be difficult to leave.
Q: Did you ever consider putting in a pool?
A: We never considered it because it was never a priority for us.
