1. The neighborhood is truly amazing! All of our neighbors are very friendly. We love
living on the cul-de-sac.

hearing the birds and the peacefulness of being set back from the road.
3. The Living Room with the oversized windows that allows plenty of natural light to
pour in.
4. The expansive deck and patio is the perfect place to entertain in the summer
months. Having co
ee in the morning, or a glass of wine after dinner is so relaxing.
5. Sitting by the fire pit with friends at night enjoying a drink and sharing a story.
6. The large Primary Bedroom with en suite Bathroom, tray ceiling and large walk-in
closet is a great place to escape to at the end of a busy day.
7. The convenience of being so close to shopping and schools.
8. Taking walks on all the beautiful natural trails around us.
