Q: What makes your property so special?
A: We could go on for a very long time on this but to keep it short, we created a little oasis for our family
that we hope gets carried on. The boys had their own boats from little row boats to inflatables with
engines and discovered a passion for the water. They would make their way out to Cockenoe Island
and bring home shells. Having such good water depth allowed us to get off the dock in any tide. The
holiday meals and dinner parties might be missed as much as anything. Our friends loved our home as
much as we did. It’s truly a special place.
Q: Did you ever consider putting in a pool?
A: No, But we did splash in the river at high tide. It’s surprisingly brackish.
