TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 133 WILDROSE ROAD
1. The complete privacy of the backyard. Enjoying days by the pool,
evenings grilling in the outdoor kitchen while watching evening baseball
games. Nights sitting around the gas fire pit listening to music with family and
friends
2. Having a home where you can entertain just a few or hundreds on any given
day. We have had parties and weddings with over 300 people, the ability to have the
caterer work out of the separate barn area. You can have 20 people in the bar, and
not hear a thing from the bedrooms.
3. Close to US1 and all of the stores, and dining. Being located 2 minutes to Route 34,
Route 15, and I-95. Everything is literally minutes away.
4. Setting up the 14 foot Christmas Tree in the living room.
5. Using the Barn for the kids to have sleepovers and parties. Having a yard large
enough to host parties and fundraisers.
6. Enjoying the endless wildlife that meanders through the back of property
from the patio. Watching the deer, fox, and many species of birds that live in the
area. The property is over 5 acres and fenced completely, so the wildlife are close
enough to watch, but not to close. We do feed the deer in troughs on the far side of
the brook that runs behind the house.
7. Sitting on the front porch area in the morning drinking my coffee while my 3
Golden Retrievers play in the yard.
8. Soaking in the huge Master Bedroom Tub while watching my favorite TV shows
on the mounted TV.
9. It's a short drive to Milford and all of the beautiful coastline.
10. The Town of Orange has many community events, and a lot of Community spirit.
The Community Center Building is within walking distance. There are all kinds of events
held continually throughout the year, and there is also a pool and gym. The Library and
Town Green are also within walking distance. The Town hosts many events such as The
Summer Concert Series, Strawberry Festival, Orange Country Fair, Orange Fireman's Carnival, 5K
Road races, and Lobster Bake to name a few.
