AN INTERVIEW WITH THE HOMEOWNERS
OF 133 WILDROSE ROAD
WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME?
The privacy and the amount of land at the end of a private
could de sac, yet close and convenient to everything.
PLEASE DESCRIBE THE RENOVATION PROCESS ...
We bought this house then spent 2 years on renovation before
moving in. We did all of the outdoor landscaping, added pool
with Infinity edge and waterfall, fenced and gated the entire yard,
created an outdoor kitchen space with 3 12x12 pavilions, and top
of line appliances, a gas fire pit and gas tiki torches in patio area,
and also a full bathroom in patio area. We also added a whole
house Generator, irrigation system, and the outdoor uplighting of
trees and shrubs. We added the detached garage with apartment
above, added a full service bar in house, replaced every window
and door in the home. Added an In Law apartment on the Lower
level, with cement ramp access from driveway into apartment
which includes Bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchen and
separate laundry room. Has separate patio and entrance. There
is also a Movie Theater on the Lower Level with a Wet Bar area.
WHY ARE YOU MOVING?
We are moving because our son will be a Senior in college
and the house although it has served us well is far too big for
2 people.. We've had Weddings, Parties, Graduations, Baby
Showers, Fund Raisers, and hosted many school events. We
have created wonderful memories here, but at this point in
our lives we no longer need this amount of space. I will say
although the house in large it is warm and inviting and the
perfect home for large family gatherings and celebrations.
WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?
It is a very quiet neighborhood. Most of the neighbor have dogs
and spend a lot of time walking between the cul de sac's that
make up our little enclave. We will miss living in such a private lot
surrounded by such peace and beauty.
