Top Ten Things we’ll miss about life at 12 Austin Road

1. Watching the sunset by the water

2. Being able to watch my kids have fun and play even if I am working in my home office or cooking

dinner

3. Having multiple beaches within 10 minute drive. Concerts at Walnut Beach

4. Living in a home with an open floor is great for holiday gatherings and entertaining

5. My neighborhood is amazing, very friendly and when walking dogs or outside we wave or say

“Hello”

6. Family barbecue's and margaritas on our large patio in our fully fenced in backyard

7. We love to take bike rides in our neighborhood and bike by the water and enjoy the beautiful

view.

8. So many great restaurants in Milford, we love going to Dockside and it’s within walking distance
if we wanted to walk there

9. Having movie night in our basement has been a lot of fun and great use of the space

10. We had plenty of room for guests to stay over with the extra bedroom in the basement.
